A. There are no setup fees. The only cost is the equipment. The desktop modem is $99.95. You have on option for a one-year contract and a savings of $50 after a $50 mail-in rebate, or an option for a two-year contract and a savings of $100 (a free modem) after a $100 mail-in rebate..

A. There are different monthly plans for different connection speeds starting at $19.95/month.. You can see a plan breakdown here.

Q. Do those prices change after six months?
A. No. Your plan price will not change unless you change plans.

Q. Are there any hidden fees?
A. Actually in Texas, our plans up to $24.95 do not have any added taxes. So not only are there no hidden fees, there are no fees at all. (Higher priced plans are subject to state and local tax.)
